Been going to Charlotte for over a year and normally have reflexology with added sound bowls which I absolutely love . Charlotte has just started doing aroma reflex so I jumped at the chance to try it , well didn’t disappoint. First she makes up oils to your specific requirements and does an amazing treatment combining reflexology and aromatherapy. It was absolutely amazing and so relaxing . I think I will have to alternate between the bowls and this new treatment now

I had such a positive and relaxing experience on my first reflexology with Charlotte. I have had reflexology in the past when I lived in a different area which always worked for me. Since moving to Hornchurch I had been unable to find someone who could match my past experiences - until I met Charlotte !! She is amazing - she listened to and was interested in my issues and then worked her magic. She obviously has a natural empathy and understanding of peoples needs. I have booked another 3 appointments as it was so beneficial for me and not only I feel helped my health issues but also helped me to relax which is not easy for me.
