Been going to Charlotte for over a year and normally have reflexology with added sound bowls which I absolutely love . Charlotte has just started doing aroma reflex so I jumped at the chance to try it , well didn’t disappoint. First she makes up oils to your specific requirements and does an amazing treatment combining reflexology and aromatherapy. It was absolutely amazing and so relaxing . I think I will have to alternate between the bowls and this new treatment now

I had such a positive and relaxing experience on my first reflexology with Charlotte. I have had reflexology in the past when I lived in a different area which always worked for me. Since moving to Hornchurch I had been unable to find someone who could match my past experiences - until I met Charlotte !! She is amazing - she listened to and was interested in my issues and then worked her magic. She obviously has a natural empathy and understanding of peoples needs. I have booked another 3 appointments as it was so beneficial for me and not only I feel helped my health issues but also helped me to relax which is not easy for me. Back from my monthly visit to Charlotte, and yet another incredible session. 75 minutes of Sound Reflexology which is a glorious Reflexology treatment followed by some relaxing vibratory sounds of bowls and koshi chimes. The sound finishes off the session so well, and you get to bathe in these amazing sounds which finish the treatment so very very well. Charlotte as always, is so fantastically knowledgeable and listens to your issues and treats you accordingly. Tranquility galore xx
